Xmas Dinner 1998
The theme for this 1998's Christmas Dinner was "Men in Black" for the Lads and "Doctors and Nurses" for the girls.
Here are the lads at the start of the evening.

Eventually everyone worked out we were meeting in the Queens Hall and not the Peel.

Spender lost out in an
intergalatic battle of species.....
...Suicide was the only option...
Bhuna was the first
to meet the hockey girls!

As the beer began to flow
SJ and Ian May began to
look a bit intimate....
....maybe it got a
little bit
too intimate!
It's amazing the things that happen to people depending upon the situation.

Not every hockey girl was having the same luck!

Note the look of horror on Roy and Carrie's faces as Sian begins to devour the entire men's hockey club.
After Danny it was SJ.
Then a threesome ensued
though Tottee wasn't complaining.
Not even Duncan was
spared in this onslaught!
Danger lurked on every corner.
Who would end up with who?
The best was left till last however.
Wadey and Tottee smarten themselves up for one last pulling attempt.

Wadey, just muscles in ahead of Tottee
Within seconds the flat cap is on, and the RayBan's are switched for a sensible pair of spectacles...
... Before the poor girl can react Wadey gets his arm around her waist and it's too late.
In true Yorkshire style, Wadey makes sure of a snog by employing the old "Bear Hugger" technique!
